There are three entrances to the stadium. For away fans, there is an entrance beside the river Váh. The main entrance is right next to the sports hall next to the railway track. The third entrance is across the Trenčín swimming pool.

• all spectators at AS Trencin games are required to keep their ticket with them at all times in case of a random check
• there are five turnstiles at every entrance
• there are special lanes for season ticket and club card holders
• spectators with a prepaid ticket will have at least two turnstiles reserved for them
• one turnstile at every entrance is to be used in both ways, if a person wants to leave the stadium, he/she has to go through this turnstile in order to be able to return back to the stadium
• when buying a ticket, it takes about 7 seconds for the system to process the information
  there is a double check at the stadium - while entering the stadium and also while entering a stand
